What exactly is a credit?
Credits are Walktru's single currency across every tool. A photo enhancement, a virtual staging, a listing reel — each shows its credit cost before you generate, and one balance works everywhere.
What happens to unused credits?
On paid plans, unused credits roll over into your next billing cycle while you stay subscribed. Pay-as-you-go top-up credits are the exception — they attach to your current plan and expire with it.
How do the quarterly and yearly options work?
Quarterly and yearly billing charge one discounted amount per cycle and grant the whole cycle's credits up front — three months of credits each quarter, twelve each year. The exact total is shown on the card before checkout.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Yes — manage or cancel your subscription any time from Billing. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan, credits, and access stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What does “watermarked” mean on the Free plan?
Free-plan outputs carry a small Walktru watermark. Paid plans produce clean, watermark-free files ready for MLS and social.
