JPG, PNG, and WebP for photos. Very large images are automatically resized to fit our processing limits, so your enhanced results still come back at high resolution.

For ultra-luxury listings where bespoke photography is part of the seller expectation, you may still want a photographer for select shots. Yes. All enhanced and virtually staged images include automatic disclosure labelling — "virtually staged" and "digitally enhanced" tags are applied per standard MLS requirements. We handle compliance so you do not have to think about it.

Yes. Your headshot, name, brokerage logo, and brand colours are applied to your reel outputs so every listing stays on-brand.

Yes — this is live today. Upload a 2D floor-plan image (JPG or PNG) and Walktru generates an interactive 3D model you can orbit, pan, and zoom, then present to buyers or download as a .glb file.

There is nothing to cancel — Walktru is pay-as-you-go credit packs, not a recurring subscription. Buy a pack when you need credits; there is no monthly charge and no contract.

Credits are valid for 90 days. Did not use everything this quarter? Unused credits roll over once when you buy your next pack, so you never lose what you have paid for.

Walktru uses a combination of computer vision and Real-ESRGAN for photo upscaling, plus proprietary models for staging, reels, and 3D floor plans — all running on AWS infrastructure. Our upcoming 3D tour feature uses Gaussian Splatting technology.

You do. Walktru does not claim ownership of any content you upload or the outputs we generate for you. Your listing content is yours.

All uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share your listing data or client information with third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Your generated results and their inputs are saved to your in-app library and kept for as long as you need them — there is no automatic deletion. Each pack includes a storage allowance (from 2 GB on Starter up to 20 GB on Team); when it is full you can delete older listings or move to a larger pack. You can download everything at any time.

Most tools let you regenerate a new variation right away. If something still is not right, contact our support team and we will help reprocess your listing or make it right.
